Dental Appointments

Appointments

Monday-Friday 8:00-1:00, 2:00-5:00
(406) 543-5647

The office is closed on weekends and major holidays. Our answering machine will always be available to take messages when the staff is unavailable and provide emergency information.

We try to see all patients on an appointment basis and request that you call in advance so that we can reserve time for you. The office telephone number is 406-543-5647. We make every effort to honor all time commitments and request that you extend the same courtesy to us. If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This courtesy makes it possible to give your appointment time to another patient who desires to see the doctor. A $50.00 room set up fee will be charged for failures or cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.

CONTINUING CARE

We hope that you share in our belief that regular preventive dental health care is a sound investment. We will establish treatment intervals that best fit your needs.

FEES AND PAYMENT

We are going to give you a written estimate and treatment plan before treatment begins. Our administrative staff will be happy to assist you in selecting from our various financial options the best one that suits your needs. We ask that all our new patients in the practice take care of the charges in full at the initial visit regardless of insurance involvement.

INSURANCE

If your insurance company has not furnished you with a claim form, we will be happy to provide you with a universal claim form. Please bring your insurance company identification numbers and an address so we may submit claims for you, if you wish. Please remember that no insurance company attempts to cover all dental costs. Some companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charge. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible amount, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid for by your insurance company.
